I got shot down back in March, but I am going to still reapply this month (although I am not thrilled about Derinda being gone, she was awesome).
 
SAVE your NJ PDF application

you can download cutepdf from this site: http://www.cutepdf.com/

It's free and it allows you to save PDF files to your computer (basically, you print it to memory), so you can have a copy of your NJ application.

You can also email the attachment. It's pretty cool. I used it for my app.
 
How are people answering this question from page 3 (customer service experience) on the new application?
Describe how this position was responsible for improving a customer experience with the organization:
Are you describing one specific instance where you improved a customer experience or talking about the general duties associated with the job which improved customer experiences? The "was responsible" part seems to point to a more general overview type of answer while "improving a customer experience" sounds very singular.

I took it to mean how you improved on the basic customer service requirements of that position.
