In the past the basic numbers were out immediately. The details later on.

The wait just makes it appear that something is wrong .

If the numbers for 15 yr PIC and 10 yr SIC on 7&7 were announced ... people could make reasonable estimates on most all else and have a rough idea. But it won't be long now.

12 year Captain $185,400.

12 year F/O $124,200.

That sounds like pay for the high workload schedules in a green base or whatever you want to call it.

12 year Captain $185,400.
12 year F/O $124,200.

So I wonder what the top of the 7/7 pay looks like.

And they say there's COLA. That percentage, as well as the duration of this CBA, will be big factors in my vote.

And DG's numbers had better be for the base 7/7. The high workload schedules are supposed to pay 30% above the base. If those are the high workload numbers then the base barely went up at all. I'd find it hard to believe they'd put something like that out for a vote.

Anyway, we'll know soon enough.

I'm not believing anything until I see the TA, and even at that it will take longer because I am reading everything else first. After that I'll have my number and see if Section 27 meets it. From there I will decide my vote.

I sincerely hope that isn't true.

Exactly

Always trust your instincts.

I had a feeling. Really wish I had been proven wrong.

Just. ...............speechless.

Well, G4 should be happy. As long as he's willing to be gone 19-20 days every month he'll do okay.

I feel like a guy who was paying for his kid to go to college only to find out his kid is dropping out at the third quarter of his senior year.

A simple 45% raise would have satisfied most enough to vote yes, still would have came up short of average airline pay, but would have been acceptable to most to get a yes vote with the company crying about how it cant pay professional pilot pay to its pilots. Major fail here. What they offered doesnt even bring us up to Spirit pay.

From the outside: Sounds like the union agreed to eat their young. Wish I could say I was surprised, but hey, it's the American Way. See what I did there? American, as in APA?

It is a flagrant insult and a major slap in the face to the pilots. What is of greater concern is that our NC endorsed it...this reeks of 2004 when we saw the first POSTA. On top of that, our FO's have been royally sold out (more so than everyone else). If you're junior to approx number 1615, congrats...you'll be downgraded immediately following ratification (that includes little BV). Vote accordingly.

If this is ratified there will be several hundred 10 year first officers making less than $100,000. A ten year pilot is more than a $100,000. pilot at the best of the best. We Dont Accept Crumbs

They ate everybody on this one.

Its nice to see several hundred highly pissed off pilots with red NO stamps as avaters and only 2 or 3 defending this posta. Gives me a good feeling this will be shot down quick.

There are enough cheerleaders (guess which seat they sit in) and people who are disengaged that this could very well pass by a low percentage.

Yep, m and m pickerupper.. clean turds out of toilet person.. flight attendant.. and add pilot to that list.. Adios, just not worth it. First Officers will jump ship faster than the company can hire and train, captains downgraded.. it will be a great place to fly.. way to go Netjets.
