Yes, NJME is a franchise owned and operated by another entity. I spent a lot of time trying to track down info a couple of years ago and it was hard- most who work there won't say anything on any of the forums and I was only able to track down one current employee who wouldn't respond to my emails. I was interested in using the NJA return rights LOA (which in itself was hidden away and unknown by even most of the stewards) since the job allows you to live almost anywhere in the world. As I found info, I found it wasn't what I wanted since my current job is better for me, but I would have been all over it if I was one of the unlucky furloughed guys or working somewhere that sucked. My biggest issue was 35 days on at a time. I'd done 2 weeks on, 2 off before, but 35 is more than I'm willing to do.
