if the pilots don't vote a contract in with the painfully poor pay they insist on paying us. $52,500/year for a 5 year Captain.......that's all they can pay?????

Now they know why they are having such a hard time gertting people to come here......Now new hires have to worry about the threat of being furloughed.....Nice going guys, that's how to recruit.

Aren't you guys getting tired of starting the same basic thread over and over and over again. It doesn't make a difference what is said here, and, it's all already been said (about 1000 times).

I know you guys are frustrated, but JEEZ, talk to your copilot, your wife, your dog, WHATEVER.

Why don't you guys try starting a thread about BBQ or something more constructive.

Ace

This is hysterical.

NetJets is such a sh!t job people arent taking the job. Management is blaming the lack of interest on the union and here is how they are spinning it:

If people dont accept the job then NJA cannot take delivery of their airplanes on order(were short pilots they say). Since the orders can't be taken and we cant crew the planes we have right now they are considering furloughs for the future.

To anyone who is thinking of coming here this is the sort of logic we must deal with on a day to day basis.

People arent accepting the job at NetJets because the pay is horrible and the working conditions are terrible. Its not rocket science.

Until you have a legitimate source, you are just using this board to start a rumor.

I don't know but this one is spreading. It does not jive with the one I heard about BRK selling us before about Nov 1, to Goldman though.

BB told the negotiating committee today that he can't get enough pilots to work here. He is going to cancel deliveries and start furloughs while using sell offs to fly many owners around.

BB made reference to "hard times ahead" unless the pilots cave in his Tuesday Bill Boisture BS Briefing.

Makes no sense but I heard it straight from the horses mouth and ass.

Giddeup guys n gals. The ride is going into full tilt!

Let the furloughs commence BB. Cut your torso off in spite of your face. I bet there are pilots out there looking for voluntary furlough at this point...

I guess Worthless and Scamtulli wanna see an ol' fashioned Canadian rodeo.

Idiots.

He can spout this terror warning all he wants. This is union busting 101.

I don't put it past them to maybe try and go at 1/2 speed through this. Don't think for one minute that this wasn't planned. There are no training slots planned at FS for next year. That came straight from a FS director.

Looks like a high stakes game of texas hold 'em...who will blink first?

Think I'll wait for the "rest of the story".

dsptcher, you mean to tell me they let this leak without the "rest of the story".

I see some chinks in the armour.

Dsptcher......time to get your head out of the sand. Do me a favor, BB claims to have an "open-door" policy, a "rumor" like this is worth verifying straight from the source of the rumor.

E-mail him today and ask directly if he threatened to furlough pilots....Go ahead...let's see what his response is.

As far as the rest of the story......Bridgeway Bob will tell ypou all the company wants you to know. I hope he shows up tomorrow morning for the picketing.

You guys crack me up...

Why dont you just say outloud

"Other pilots, you weaken ourposition when you apply for jobs here at NJ, so please dont. Therefor we are making NJA look as miserabel as possible....All 20 of us..."

DO-82- what difference would it make it Bridgeway Bob showed up at picketing?

Can't you NetJet people start your own website so you can gripe? Us people who work for good companies are sick of seeing you people cry.

Looks like it will be an interesting holiday season for the owners... NJA's loss will be Citationshares and Flexjet's benefit...

Tomorrow there will be 350-400 pilots picketing in 5 different cities. Close to 100 in Columbus alone. Sounds like more than 20 to me. The holiday season is getting closer. How much does Netjets want to bleed?

Let me give you a hint rocket scientist, don't click on any thread with Netjets in it's title. It's not real hard to figure out.

Charter companies too.

Been told by folks flying for 135 vendors that they are getting paid 3X the normal rate to fly selloffs in NOV and DEC. Its like a gold rush.
