Looks like a NetJets (International) GIV off rwy 25 at EGE. Nose gear collapsed after departing runway. Apparently no injuries. Main door open and no emer. exits appear open. Airport is closed UFN until the airport authorities can get a large crane to lift it.

Just saw this and thought I'd post it - been a bad couple of weeks!

Well that makes 3... (G-III in Houston, CL-601 on Montrose and now this)...

Let's be careful out there folks!

It wasn't a crash, maybe you should re-think how you post on a public board. Were you there???

define crash.

Leaving the runway and collapsing the gear. not a crash?

ahh......a fender-bender.

incident as opposed to crash?

gotcha.

Did it happen on takeoff or landing? Lots of slush/snow on the runway?

Whetever the F you want to call it! Why care so much about semantics! Just thought someone would know more about it. Perhaps someone was in EGE.

Actually its incident as opposed to accident. A crash is a crash, but an incident is not an accident.

Now its getting philosophical, is a crash always a crash?

Hope no one is hurt other than pride.
