Along with imacdog's reply, in case you are wondering, there is no "basing" of aircraft in ICT so anyone using ICT as their crew base could be on any plane in the fleet. So you wouldn't necessarily be assigned a Cessna product if you choose to live in ICT.
With regards to scheduling, the 18-day Fixed schedule is volunteer-only and it's capped at a 40% participation level. All new-hires are paid wages for the 18-day Fixed schedule in order to accomodate training. One could bid off the 18-day Fixed when IOE is completed, at the next bid period.
