Hey guys. Anyone know of Native Air in Phoenix? Whats the starting FO pay, QOL, schedule, etc like? Ive done searches and it seems like a good company to work for. I have about 630 hours total and 1 hour of turbine. Think they may need a guy like me?

With your time it looks like it can't hurt to try. You might get into a sticky situation with logging SIC time in a Pilatus, though. I'm told they generally allow FO's to fly the empty legs so maybe that's loggable as PIC. I recall hearing that they have required some kind of PFT for new FO's. Unfortunately for you there is a huge supply of eager CFI's in the PHX area. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.

I hate that gray area of being an SIC and I best just avoid any situation that puts me there. I plan on just sticking with my current job until I get my 135 mins but I cant help looking elsewhere but everytime an oppurtunity comes around it seems that Id be an SIC or its PFT which I avoid like the clap. Always looking for progression.
