Our minimum Fixed-Wing Pilot (Captain) qualifications are as follows:
Must possess 2000 fight hours, prior to assignment.
1000 hours airplane PIC
100 hours night PIC
1500 hours airplane time
Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Rating (ATP)
Preferred qualifications:
EMS experience
FIXED-WING PILOT (1ST OFFICER)

With your time it looks like it can't hurt to try. You might get into a sticky situation with logging SIC time in a Pilatus, though. I'm told they generally allow FO's to fly the empty legs so maybe that's loggable as PIC. I recall hearing that they have required some kind of PFT for new FO's. Unfortunately for you there is a huge supply of eager CFI's in the PHX area. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.
