That seems to be the plan for companies that don't apy well. Mine has a spot on the employee website that states what good jobs we do and how it couldn't be done without the pilots. Then when asked for a raise they simply say " we can't afford it"

And this is why the company will survive. 40 posts saying what a horses#@t company it is with piss poor pay and horrible management and someone will ask....where do I apply!....unbelievable.
