What is a good answer to this tricky HR question?

Well, I have a positive attitude and work hard to be the best employee and pilot that I can. Sometimes, however, I have a tendancy to be a little too self-depricating when failing to meet high personal expectations.

Small deviations (i.e. 40 ft on a steep turn) on a checkride is an example.


That should be the end of that line of questioning in an interview.
