Tony Hoksema (spelling?) can suck it!
Good luck to all of the CLASSY Midwest pilots out there...
On this - mcdu and I agree. To furlough and outsource at the same time is unforgivable - unions should have had a line in the sand. .
You'd think that, for such an event as this, management would be present at some microphone/camera, somewhere.
Too many douch bags out there willing to fly a RJ for poverty wages. It has destroyed this profession. I hope they like being a lifer at the commuter level.
You including Compass in there too ? The massive $42/hr top out to year ,um,18!

I know where this "burn it down" attitude comes from and I don't fault you for your frustration. I do wonder though, if everyone took this position say at United, Delta, etc., who do you think would replace that flying once those companies were burned down?
Ahhhhh Rp tops out at 37 yr 18You including Compass in there too ? The massive $42/hr top out to year ,um,18!
As long as ALPA represents both sides of the coin, this will never change. How can you represent pilots that, because of managment, are taking other pilots jobs. The job of the union is to watch out for the "pilots" as a whole. ALPA reminds me of the arms delaer that sells offensive weapons to one side and defensive weapons to the other. It's always a win-win for them no mater the outcome.

Pretty much!! Do you let Prater give you a reach around? You do realize that ALPA doesn't represent the pilots that are receiving this outsourced flying, right?
But of course, it's always ALPA's fault.![]()
