No autopilot...short "arm" (center of wing to tail)
we got real good with trim....and landing gear made for carrier landings(no joke!!)
Hey,
I have flown both the J-32 and the EMB-120 in 121 service(2 different airlines), and can verify first hand the J-32 is the most labor intensive of the 2. It was said if the 32 was trimmed perfectly, and you jumped out at altitude it plane would hit the ground first.

Amen, flew many turboprops, and the Metro was the hardest I ever flew. StopNTSing, we must be getting old.
