Huh! That explains alot! Those idiotic swaps, this explains it all! I guess the peter principal is alive and well at SKYW!

Just a little FYI, the Coordinators in Dispatch DO NOT SET UP THE SWAPS (unless you break a plane or complain about an MEL or something, that requires a new plane). 99.9% of swaps are due to required mx checks that must be completed in a mx base. I know its hard to comprehend while looking at one line, but we have to look at all lines and move aircraft as required. There are mx planners who do all the swaps. We try and undo as many as we are able. But its now always possible.


Make a trip to SGU sometime and educate yourself. While here you can drop in on crew support and bribe them with candy like every other pilot that visits here. (Dispatch can be bribed with beer, BTW.)
