It's not up to Pinnacle Management, it's up to the judge/mediator if there is not consensus on an agreement between ALPA and Management. If there is not a fair deal overall, our MEC and the lawyers will be glad to drag this thing on for years to come. Don't think Phillip wants that in this case.Unless Pinnacle Corp has had a huge change of heart since the scope fight between Pinnacle and Colgan, I find it hard to believe they want one seniority list and two different certs a la Republic. It would be much better for the pilots of all three groups if it was one list with fences/seat locks allowing transfer between lists, but that would be a dream situation. Given management's past stance on SLIs between 9E and 9L, I'm not hopeful.
