To be fair, I have aviation in my blood, but I also believe in living above the poverty line. I also believe in my employer surviving. There is a way to balance the two alot of management hasn't figured it out though.

I don't know. I do think that this will be a test case and there will finally be case law on wether or not a union can strike while a company is in BK.

Not all of us are lucky enough to have rich spouses so we can find a job we enjoy working at slave wages. Keep in mind not all of us are pilots, but we all have a hand in what happens to each of the work groups.
