Draginass said:FOs complaining about taking a pay cut?? Well, I'd be willing to be there're a bunch of your Embry Riddle contemporaries out there that would be happy to take your place for a Walmart door-greeter wage.

HEY MESABA PILOTS!!!
Read these posts from December of 2005.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN THE PAST 10 MONTHS...
Your management is still dealing you the SAME proposal.
Your Union (which originally told you they WILL NOT give you a sub-par contract), has now recently, and openly, OFFERED at 15% cut to the company.
THEY ARE GIVING 15% (your money) TO YOUR MANAGEMENT!
The company is taking you for a ride, and now the union is driving the sled.
NWA CRJ's have been purchased. They will offer them to MESABA. It is up to YOU to decide if YOU want to be the lowest bidder.
Work and be the lowest bidder pilot-or shut the company down and have dignity.
DO NOT GIVE UP THE FIGHT! Others have...YOU should not!

Those pay rates + have to pay 30% of their benefits, i.e. medical and dental. That's what they are saying on top of those pay rates. I guess all told first year pay will be between $11,000 and $13,000.Hey guys, am I correct with these pay rates, is this what it would be??
First year FO - 20.08
3rd Year Captain for the CRJ - 51.33
3rd year 70 seat captain - 51.03
2nd year fo - 24.00
If this is true, this is well lower than anyone, I am shocked when i see these numbers.
Good luck guys
