You are extremely hostile. I am not beyond clueless, my eyes are wide open about Mesa. Not all of your information is accurate, by the way. Well, as I said...not everyone has the option to leave so easily. Good for you! I am happy that you love your new job. I am not willing to make a lateral move to be an FO at another regional...and a lot of other pilots are in the same boat. I say if any of our FO's can get hired somewhere else...go for it!

Didn't really mean to be hostile, but some CFI might read your post and decide that he would be better off at mesa because of the "higher payscale"

All of my info was 100% accurate a few months ago...did JO voluntarily improve the contract since I've been gone? What specifically did he improve?

I was a seat locked FO at mesa, I can upgrade on the brasilia at SKW in a few months...

The thread that refuses to die needs to be back on track. So with that, I say, we all have wood at some point during the workday, Mesa is just not afraid to carry it around for the whole world to see and admire!

I don't work for MESA but I do know that their T-Prop F/O is equal to SkyWest and their Jet F/O pay is more than SkyWest.

And at-least they have 70&90 seat pay-rates...
I am just curious as to where you got that from?

Mesa pay

Skywest pay

If you are talking about the first year, then I will accecpt your argument, but after that it is not even a close contest. But how many people go to a regional for the exciting first year pay?

Why wood anyone work for Mesa?

I am getting board.

Is'nt it cheaper to get a hotel rather than run the APU? How many PPH does the APU burn?

probably between 120-160, but I doubt that they let them run the APU!

Well... you can disagree but I think ExpressJet is a pretty great company. I am not a kid, I am 37, I have worked for a variety of companies and I would say xjet is pretty well run.... I agree we should stick together and hold the line on lower wages. All you young folks with Shiny Jet Syndrome please don't sell yourselves short.

Hahaha, 37 yrs old and flying an RJ with no ATP? Pathetic.
