It's amazing how you use General US Grant for your words of wisdom. But last I saw, isn't General Lee on your side though??? HEHEH... I think General Grant is very similar to CEOs of legacy carriers that have gone/are going through Chapter 11. He met his objectives and won the war, but he also wasn't shameful of losing thousands of brave men to do it either. Much like the CEOs who "save" their companies on the back of the very employees who made it happen!!!
