It was only $210 worth of shares, more likely a mistake with someone mistakenly entering a stop limit trade in error after hours. If there was news the volume would be huge, not 700 shares.

Not buyin' it. The bid and ask prices are still $0.41 and $0.43. In other words, someone out there is still willing to pay $0.41 per share and the lowest someone is willing to sell at is $0.43.
