They're being quiet because Mesa is an absolute bottom of the bottom feeder that does nothing good for this whole industry. They've had their chance to change that image.

But they're ALPA....I thought....

1. ALPA is the solution....

2. ALPA is a "brotherhood"....

So why are ALPA pilots hoping for a fellow ALPA carrier to go BK? Help me out cheerleaders........

Hmmmmmm, You gotta look deeper into what JoeM is saying. You gotta remember that ALPA signed off on all of Mesa's sh$tty contracts. So to soley blame Mesa pilots is a bit harsh. ALPA allowed those contracts that intern got used to screw other regional airlines.

So in reality, ALPA had a chance to change Mesa's image and didnt'.

check out the after hours drop in price. MSN only shows a drop of 12 cents a share based on 700 shares traded. Google is the kicker if it's correct.

Put your mouse over the Google stock price graph and scroll out with your mouse or if your on a Macintosh two finger scroll out... Cool feature that will show you how much their stock has fallen since '91.

Well with the current contract Mesa operates under they got royally ********************ed by JohnnyO, it was either sign the contract or face job losses. And with him still around I wouldn't be surprised if they come out with a worse contract than the current one.
