No single carrier could replace Mesa, but on the Airways side, PSA, Repubic, Piedmont and Air Whiskey have all had cutbacks, and could replace the Mesa flying fairly quickly. Somethings up at Piedmont, we are fat on reserves for the first time anybody can remember. I don't think we are not furloughing because of company charity.

Without saying it verbatim, Steve has indicated we are developing a contingency plan to pick up the PHX Dash flying should they go under. There was a board meeting this week out west he attended which included this topic, as well as fleet replacement. Which probably means nothing will ever happen...but still.

If you were to count build-up line holders as reserves, piedmont has aprox 90 RSV pilots for a group with slightly under 500 pilots.

To cover yourself, MESA pilots might want to force your company to pay you weekly. I would hate to have worked a full month and then the company can't issue you a paycheck.

Again, the purpose of the TA is to vote in PBS. Once the company has that, it would be easier to implement other changes that a bankruptcy court could allow. PBS is worth at least $3,500,000 per year which is half the market cap of the company.

Wow... didn't realize it was that small.
