How does it feel knowing everyone thinks your pilot group is a joke. Enjoy the JA and DH pay. I will never hire a Mesa pilot as long as I'm doing interviews, promise.
Wow. Nice posturing. Mesa isn't exactly the shameful place that you would like to pretend it is. It's a regional job. And who appointed you to represent "everyone" since "everyone thinks" our pilot group is a joke. You still at Comair? I haven't a thing against Comair, and I have a few buddies there, but don't hold your breath for an opportunity to deny a Mesa pilot a job. There's no mass exodus of us knocking on your door for work.9rj9 said:Dorks that have no respect for themself. I know you call yourself Us Air, ect. when you ask for my jumpseat. Cloudroller said:9rj9 - Do you work at Comair? What are you guys hiring for gate agent or something? I know anyone that is beating down the doors to work their, whats your upgrade - 6 years JFK / 9 years MCO. Dont lie i have plenty of friends at Comair, and they all have a better attitude than you. And don't have a problem with Mesa guys. I know guys that are just getting back from furlough. I know lots of Mesa guys no one claims to work for US Air (may be Jets 4 Jobs - ?). But i did use to have Wisky guys that claimed to work for UAL when asking for the jumpseat.

I’ve had (one more than one occasion) someone tell me, "my buddy is a Pilot US Airways." "He’s only 23 years old!" “Wow,” I say “he must have started for them when he was 10 years old!”
That’s just funny to me because no one knows who they are flying on. I think When Mesa buys Comair, he he, they could change the name to “Your All Going to Die” and no one would catch it in the FA’s little speech!
My mom tells people I work for Conair.

And how about those two VERY experienced FedEx MD11 pilots who decided to land on a screwey approach...and crashed - the entire airplane burned to ground...
I'd like your opinion on that. But, I have a feeling you don't even know about it, otherwise you're have turned in a less condescending comment!

Care to back that up with facts or are you just adding fuel to the fire?

Back to the "Mesa 900 screwed the pooch on flare" Its pretty stupid that anyone would judge for doing a go around. Especially with out being in the cockpit. Jetpipe how do you know they did not recieve a landing gear disagee caution or something else that you would probably go a round for? Have you ever flown the 900? It does not flair like the 200 or the 700.
Jetpipeovht said:I did not judge the go-around, I judged why they went around genius!
I saw those smacktards flare too high followed by floating 3/4 of the way down runway 23 in 0 knot wind.
If they just noticed a disagree indication 50 feet above the runway then stupidity would enter the equation. In this case it was lack of control.
You and Jetcream are a true j@ckass mesa dirtbags. But I do admire you sticking up for your fellow mud-dwellers. Maybe you should apply some of that attitude in your next contract negotiation.Cloudroller said:With out being on the flight deck you dont know why they went around. a disagree indicatation could happen at anytime. Most of the time its a probably a sensor fault. Reguardless your the stupid one for making statement about someones decision to go around. Your probably a young punk who thinks he or she knows everything. You need to grow up - you have a lot to learn.
Last time i checked the 900 descends with a nose high attitude, like most other jets out their. I assume you fly the 200 that thing lands like a t prop. Once again unless your on that flight deck you have no right to second guess or judge.
