Yup, good 'ole Mary "Flat Back" Rottencrotch has gone to the Mother Ship. Meat shopping, I'm sure. Let's see how much flatter her back can get. Charlie hooked her up after she hooked him up. This of course after GH and WD (think South Africa) got into a "discussion" at Falcon Field over her.

Creams and pills.........
Creams and pills.........

Sounds delightful. General Lee, get your creams and pills ready....

Mary went to Mother Delta.

Hasn't Mary been in the GO full time for the last 4 years? What does she have, about 50 hours flying time during that period? Guess "recency of experience" isn't that important to Delta. Or they are just getting desperate fo fulfill certain demographics.

My point is that one follows the other. A company that is horrible to work for is likely not run well.

Many of the things on that report have nothing to do with ASA directly. Many of ASA's problems with baggage and on-time performance have to do with Mother D.

If you can separate how well run a company is, and how well they treat their employees, more power to you. They are one and the same.

Things to consider,

How well a company is run, and, frankly, how well they treat their employees, is irrelevant in this day and age. ASA is a red, white, and blue living testament to this. ASA, which treats their employees on average with everyone else in the regional airline industry, poorly, still posts profits. ASA, which seems to be steered from the GO by a delegation of special olympians, still posts profits. Management, and the paying customer, could care less how the employees are treated and the status of morale.

Management wants profits, customers want super-duper-saver fares and the employees are an afterthought.

I made this exact observation a few post back. Yes she has been full time safety person in the GO for 4 yrs.
As for the special demographcis comment just ask Brian Bolt how he hires. It is pretty obvious has been pushing for more women to apply. Just ask GJ (in class now)about his wife working there

"Certain demographics"..................

Is that like the common consumer with a "freebie" coupon????
