Thats what we were told in a meeting. There is nothing in the pilot handbook covering this. More recently I've been told they switched it to 5hrs credit for each CDO. This is what is shown for credit on all the CDO pairings regardless of duty time.

Must be nice to be Lynx management and not have a pilot contract. You just change the rules around whenever you want!!

They better come up with something better or they aren't gonna find many willing to go there.

You and I know that.
However, there's tons of 500 hour spiky headed wonderpilots chompin at the bit to go to airlines like this. Many of these kids continue to lower the bar by willing to work for this type of compensation.
They don't care; Mommy and Daddy more than likely put them through flight school and will probably continue to financially support them until they upgrade.

Why is it when a company is unable to offer any incentive to keep qualified pilots, they always resort to a training contract in a pathetic attempt to reduce attrition.

Wow, no work rules, assigned trips (even with PBS you have somewhat of a say), and you have to pay for your parking? Seriously?

What's next, having to pay for your Jepps? Oh wait, SkyWest already did that.

1000/300. Jan 14 class is full, hiring into a pool for classes after that. No idea when those classes will happen.
