CASS is suppose to be in-work. We can jumpseat with several including most mainline carriers. American is still holding out even though we have a few of their furloughees working here. Don't know why. We are all on the same sinking ship, just different life boats.......
 
We do have many jumpseat agreements, but when CASS really gets up and going and everyone is on board, I think there will be no jumpseats unless you are in the CASS system. And when we sign our new contract, (hopefully soon), we will be home based and not need to jumpseat. The company does not need us to jumpseat if we are home based, so they don't want to incur the expense of getting us in.
 
The so pay scale is ridiculously low. Be aware that you will not get a decent scale until you make fo, or it may be addressed in the new contract. Check out airline pilot central for the pay scales.
