Well, lets see...

The man was:
  • considered to be humble
  • served in his nations military where he was awarded a silver star
  • loved and honored his family
  • prefered privacy to notoriety
  • founded childrens scholarship fund
  • volunteered at local schools
  • served on the Walton Family Fund
  • was passionate about education especially for low-income families
Gosh... sounds to me that he could bring quite a bit to "the father" that had nothing to do with his money.

Regardless of your opinion of his father's company, this was a good man, and a good pilot. The brotherhood of aviators has lost a man who flew because he loved flying.

You are the MAN for saying that!!

I don't know many (any) corporate pilots with 600 hours.

And I don't know many part time corporate pilots. Do you work for a temp agency?

Either way I think its funny that you called your ill advised, in poor taste joke to be an act of courage on your part. Judgment really aint your thing is it?

You do one thing well though. You're good at digging yourself deeper into the hole your idiocy gets you into.
That's funny, I know a guy who got his commercial multi and instrument through his dad and on the next day he was riding shotgun as a paid FO in the Roundy Corporation B-100 King air. Daddy let him fly the empty legs left seat. It happens more often than you think it does, because dads want to give their kids a leg up...

Don't hate me because I have the guts to say what everyone else wants to say. Who cares if I offend you. Wal-mart is the reason retail is in the trouble it is in. You make a deal with the devil and sooner or later he comes to collect. So yeah, actually I think it is cool. Dude bites it in an ultra-light. Those things crash at what, 5 MPH? Did he forget to make certain the wing was attached? Oh and the Park service is going to investigate the accident. Didn't even register high enough to be investigated by the FAA, or NTSB. Forest Ranger Rick is going to determine the cause. In the end of the investigation we will learn that K-mart was responsible for the accident.

Little dude is correct...

Wal-Mart is "THE" most hated retail chain in America. They have done a very efficient job of shutting down mom & pop retail shops, destroying livable wages for working Americans, and making China filthy rich. What I find fascinating is all the flag wavers come out and say what a great "American" he was...PLEEEASE.
It's sad that he died, but don't make him a hero...he made Wal-Mart the evil machine it is today......it was time to collect.

A Corp pilot with 650hrs???? Umm...Thats sounds new to me!! What do you fly, a C-152??LOL
I was flying right-seat in a jet for a Fortune 500 company at 500 hours. Sometimes you just have to know the right people at the right time!

I know my situation is not typical, but don't go blasting off thats it unfathomable for someone to be a corporate pilot at 650 hours!

Well said Rabble!!! You can hate the father all you want, but to be thankful for the death of his son is just plain wrong.

Go get some help dude....

Time to collect? Wow, you're out to lunch......and a hater.

If it weren't for great Americans like Sam Walton we would be just another country. 229 years and we've progressed more in that time than countries that have been around for thousands of years. Why? Because of the free market capitalist system. Compete, or get left behind.

Evil machine? Sounds like you would be happier in a socialist country.

Yank,

You micro penised douche bag, why don't you go swing some cats around by the tail, then maybe you'll feel like the big strong man you wish you were...instead of the immature, embittered, withered, old, bad hair plugged, p.o.s. that reality stuck you with. BTW, I'm interviewing at your company soon. See you on line tough guy!!!

Jeepers Creepers!!

Ohhhh, please, please stop!! My diaper is completely full.

Ain't nothin' as scary as a bunch of internet "Bad A$$es".

"Let your fingers do the fighting." :p  :D :D
