I wouldn't want to fly as a passenger with a capt with no flight time in type. I don't care how good he (thinks) he is.

Airlines do this all the time.

Two different schedules. 15/13 and 8/6 depending on which certificate you hire onto. The rumor is saying that all road crews will go to a 10/8.

Rumors fly around here more than the airplanes though.

CMH is another base. We're on a 14/7 schedule along with the other based aircraft. We're away from home maybe 8 at the most on the 14, and during slow times I spend more time by the pool than in the aircraft.

What aircraft are you hiring into? I presume Lear 35 and 60? Any others?
