pay rumor (in progress)

Those rates look pretty good.

Have the rates increased because of recent pilot attrition or just internal dissatisfaction? What prompted the new rates? If attrition is the reason, how many pilots have left in the last 6 months or so (maybe for reasons beyond E190 rates)?

The first year bus pay in his example is our current rate. The 190 CA rate was based on some rumors going around, nothing more. It may end up being that, it may end up a lot less, or more. No one knows yet. Stay tuned.

According to VK around 50 have left this year. About 20 of those left to go to SWA, a few to CAL, and the rest were recalls. Most of them were FO's and I would assume that pay and retirement were the big reasons why they left.

5% make it, the rest are toast!!!!

ahhh, just kidding.

Hey Charlie Brown! I hope all went well. Usually you will see around 70-80% get through. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less but that seems to be the answer. As for phase II, mid 90's percentage. I hope this helps. Give me a ring when you get the good news.

Charlie Brown....I just sent you a PM. Never mind, this post answered my question. Congrats to you and everyone else. My other two friends that interviewed are in as well.

Numbers are around 95 out of 145 that interviewed onto Phase II. About 65% this time around. Congrats to all those moving on and enjoy the stressful wait. Most of the Phase II people will make it into the pool and the wait is well worth it.
