Is Fox correct in saying that AirBusi can't dump fuel?

about 5-7yrs ago an HP 320 had an indentical incident at cmh. nosewheel was turned 90 degrees.
only 50-60 pax i think, moved them to the rear of the plane, made normal landing holding nose off. when nosewheels touched the both immediately blew and ripped off, but the wheels remained attached, no collapse.

The Bus cannot dump fuel. I'm sitting here remembering why it is that I don't subscribe to cable TV and the idiot talking head editorialized news.

How likely is it that JBU292 would be on socal approach seeing as how this is an emergency? Also, haven't spotted any orbitting A320 on passur yet ..

Nosewheel is stucked 90 degrees to the either left or right position. My guess is either the nosewheel will break off OR they will lost control on the runway after touchdown once that nosewheel touches. But I am sure they will be fine in terms of getting it down OK.
