How quickly have the may new hires been getting off of rsv in the different bases, if any?

I'm an end of April newhire on the 320 in JFK. We are predicting being off reserve at the end if the year, or very close to it, if hiring projections hold up. JFK is the most junior 320 base by far.

How are the 320 schedules in BOS?

I don't have good first hand info on the specific pairings in BOS for the 320, but I do know that JFK had a crazy amount of 320 flying compared to BOS. I want to say like 3-4 times more block hours for the 320 in JFK. This creates a real nice opentime pot to swap your trips with during the month.

The growth in BOS is definitely the 190 flying. Again don't quote me, but I think there are almost as many 190 pilots in BOS as there are 320 pilots.
