I heard they lost another pilot and from my sources more are on the way.Line guys rule!
I would have to agree with your statement it is 100% correct. Here is how they can get the company out of the 134.5 bottom feeder bracket.
1.Fire all the management and start off with better teamwork.
2.Treat everyone with respect and offer them a higher quality of life.
3.Have a seniority based system for anyone working at the company.
4.Get newer aircraft instead of flying the worst in the country.
5.Fly alot more Sushi !!!!
I think you should make a correction Jet Linx Aviation is hiring every Tom, Dick and Sally that walks through the door.If the management at Jet Linx Aviation would pay as much attention to the company business as they do to this website. They might not be losing all their pilots or be more profitable.Fly alot more Sushi. My sources are telling me that Jet Linx Aviation is really desperate for pilots. They are hiring every Tom, Dick and Harry that they can find at this point.I've also heard that the more seasoned pilots are getting the union back in the works.Maybe this time it will work out and they will finally be a unionized company.Line guys rule!
As a former Jet Linx pilot, I only think its fair to list the good qualities of the company:
They hire guys with low time and experience, and pay for an ATP and type rating. Then they can get the experience they need to get a real job. Think of the poor schedule and low pay and lack of respect as payment for your type and ATP. Finish out your contract and get a real job.

All on-demand 135 operators have things in common:trips pop up without very much notice, pilots on-call for the week-end,some very long road trips, these are common to the entire charter-unscheduled industry.Where the difference is in mgmt. What happens with mgmt will make the difference between a bottomfeeder and a good place to work.
Obviously, this outfit has some work to do in its mgmt practices!!
What's with the name-calling?Don't listen to this dumbass, SHE can fly about as well as a brick, and that's saying something.....
Usually childish name calling will get you a free trip to moderation jail. Most competent posters would stay with the subject at hand and not get into flame bait arguments.Come on fuzzzy, figure it out.....

Oy. Yeah I know this Bed-Wetter. My bad. He is a good friend of mine, and he had to call me to let me know it was him. It's your wifes, she told me this morning before she left.
This place is nothing more than a 134.5 bottom feeder. There is no schedule with lower than average pay and a lack of respect for the pilots. The only thing that Jet Linx Aviation can jump-start is your anger management on how stupid they can be in all situations. Most Regional Airlines treat their pilots with alot more respect and they have more opportunity than that disaster of a organization in Omaha.Fly more ShushiOy. To Raginmav: G-Force is right, management is EVERYTHING. I fly for a good 135 charter company that provides a good schedule, great pay, and a whole lot of respect for the pilots. But they will not touch you if you don't have a lot of time, and ATP, and a Type Rating. This is why places like Jet Linx exist. They can really jump-start your career. Just understand before going into it, what you are getting out of it. Jet Linx, as bad as it is, is still better than the Regionals, you just build time slower.
