Jet Blue Contract

Flew a trip last month with an F/O that flew for JetBlue while furloughed. He came back when recalled. Said company was good at making people feel good. Not so good comments on pay, workrules (lack of) days off. Came back when first recalled.

I do feel sorry for him if he guessed wrong and is on the street again. I was there and its not a good place to be. But that essentially is the arguement. I took a job that pays less because I felt the security was greater. If the industry healed itself and became stable, then I guess I lost the gamble. Right now I feel pretty good about my choice. Really won't know for sure until I turn 60 I guess.
