sailpilot.......I'm just a shade under that 120 mark and i"m on the 4th year scale......I'm a driver, but still enjoy an average of 12-14 days off a month......

I bid straight productivity.......commutability is not an issue.......if i had to commute....i'd loose at least 4 days off a month and would have a second kid who looked like the FedEx guy.

Good job on the 120 while being lucky enough to live in base. Seeing how 90+% of our pilots commute, I don't think making 120 and being home only 8-10 days a month is sustainable? Your divorce will cut that 120 down to 50.:eek:

I think we can both agree that 120 is not the "norm" for what was bing discussed?
