How is pilot pay for Jblu calculated. Is it a brakes off to brakes on model or more like WN with Trips for Pay.

Curious howthey account for the fact that cockpit crews are doing Weight and Balance? Any change to block times, report times and how are pilots compensated for this - if at all?

I finish my W&B before the cockpit door is closed.

but is the way it works.

Right now...JetBlue pilots fly our 190's...

but that's the way it works.

Right now....we have a 401K contribution...

but that's the way it works.

Right now...we pay a set amount for our health insurance....

but that's the way it works.

Right now....we have work rules...

but that's the way it works.

All of these things may work fine now...but they can be changed via info notice. We need a CBA yesterday.

Our direct relationship hard at work....but who's it working for?

CBA....yesterday.

You are correct...yesterday that is the way it worked.

We have no policy that determines when we started getting more than $2.00 hour and are you okay with that?

Sweet!

I think it should be in writing. I doubt you could find anyone that disagrees.

hats now.......white shirts too..........

Oh yeah.......pay clock starts at brake release........
