JBLU - pilot pay

How is pilot pay for Jblu calculated. Is it a brakes off to brakes on model or more like WN with Trips for Pay.

Curious howthey account for the fact that cockpit crews are doing Weight and Balance? Any change to block times, report times and how are pilots compensated for this - if at all?

Pay is standard brakes-off to brakes-on. No extra for the two minutes it takes to do W&B.

That is not defined in any of our documents (FSM, FSM2010 or PEA).

You are correct...yesterday that is the way it worked.

We have no policy that determines when we started getting more than $2.00 hour and are you okay with that?

Right now...JetBlue pilots fly our 190's...

All of these things may work fine now...but they can be changed via info notice. We need a CBA yesterday.
