No, I do not wish to offer analysis. I only found it interesting that I had just read that article 5 minutes befor reading this thread. I grew up in an airline family and have 22 years in the buisness myself. The only advice I feel comfortable giving in respect to airlines or their mgt. is "Trust but verify". Even when times are good they will never give you the whole story and woe to any that drink the Kool-Aid.

That article is similar to one I read a few minutes ago as well. It begins "Wild Animals Seen Foraging For Food". Both articles say about the same thing, and you could take the JetBlue out of that article and apply any airline name. You are giving sound advice though.
