85-90 k is much more plausible.

Have to agree with 757. If you make 100k on second yr pay here you are... well your doing something right. I'd say if you work at it your much more likely to make 75-90k.
 
Newhires are excited, they want to work, so I can see them working a few extra hrs. I was the same when i was hired by my first airline. Things certainly change after year 2 or so.

If you live in base 100K your second year is possible on the bus. You have to be a line holder and work hard though.
