Captain : First year pay increases $4 or 5.6% to $75 (still sucks)
F/O: First year pay increases $11 or 29.7% to $48 (much better)

Same longevity raises

A320 = Nothing

good for you guys/gals

Wow, all without a Union. Now lets see if ALPA can follow their lead.

Step in the right direction...

A year one Captain flying 83 hours will make $80,544 (factoring in premium pay).

A year one F/O flying 83 will make $51,552.

That's ignoring the reserve factor..
To figure that... take the base rate at 70 hours and add 5 hours of premium (150%)

Do NOT figure "Blended Rate" for JB payscales!

It's a Band-Aid on a hemorrhage. It's merely acceptable 1st yr FO pay. Everything else is totally unsat. I can no longer recommend JetBlue as a career carrier.

ok

Why not include 1.5x over 70 hours ? Pay is pay.

Oh and thank you blue dude for your advice. Why don't you leave for a better airline if its so bad, there are 1000's willing to take your place.
