Looked like the plane was undamaged and about 1000 or so feet past the end of runway 19 in a field. We had been sitting there all morning and the wx sucked. Moderate to heavy snow with continuous snow plowing of the runway. The 757 was the first airline to land.

But NOOOOOOOOOOO! It's inside a National Park. The "environmental impact" is too great.


How much negative environmental impact will there be when an airplane inevitably goes off that runway and explodes in a ball of smoke and flame?
