When your third year pay is CA pay across the entire SLI no one cares about payscales. Congrads to the Compass guys, hope year 2 upgrades are the norm.
 
ALPA is so worthless it's comical. The irony of these FOs out there going back down to 25 bucks an hours to fly the planes they voted down. A sad sad industry.

Yes, but there were no additional longevity caps or wage freezes in the latest Compass agreement, unlike the PSA agreement - which essentially traded in dollars tomorrow for dimes today.

You don't need longevity caps when the most senior captain is only at 8 (or 9?) years.

Yes, For now, the most senior of us are on step 7, a handful on 8 who bypassed flow, but most of us are on borrowed time. That however may not always be the case.

Also, those few who turned down the flow still get their annual increases.
