You really don't get it, a 737 pilot calling the 717 a "deluxe RJ". Too funny!

Especially one who is so proud of the "culture" of the world's largest PFT regional airline.

Unless, of course, you compare stock prices....

Well, we serve international destinations AND Hawaii. So far, you're just wannabes...

"Wannabe" what?

I have no wish to go to either HI or international. I do enjoy my "regional" schedule and paycheck though......

What do you consider "international"? If it can be done with a "deluxe RJ" then I got news for you, it may technically be international, but not really...... The only difference is the customs hassles that I don't have to deal with as a pure domestic guy.

I used to do that kind of "international" in Beech 99s/1900s, C-402s, BA3100s etc. You can have it......

If we ever do the real international thing, the only reason I'd bid it is if it paid significantly more than what I'm doing now. Unlike most non SW guys on this board, I only go to work to get paid.

Just curious...

Is the term "tranny" a bad word? Neutral? A term of endearment or of derision? It's obviously short for Airtran, but could also be seen as implying trans-sexual, so who knows? Some of the people on the forum refer to SWA pilots as "corndogs" and that doesn't bother me (but maybe it's because I don't know where it came from).

So what say you, my Airtran bretheren? Good? Bad? Like it? Hate it? Proud of it? Want to shoot someone everytime you hear it? This is sort of an informal poll. Also, is it "tranny" or "trannie"? Thank you for your support.

NOTE to Kharma Police: Don't worry-we already know what you think. Word is, you've got "Trannies forever!" tattooed on your shizznitzel. :)

Yes, still bored on my overnight....

No it is six

I have to agree with tri-power. I don't care where I go as long as I get to do three days on/ four days off with a nice pay check. Looking forward to crossing the fence.
