Logging flight time

You are correct, it was and is my fault for the incomplete log book flight time. My answer is simple, I don't count any of it. Back in 1991 (1st gulf war), I didn't know where my career was taking me. I had just changed from design engineer to Air Force pilot and didn't know the importance of accurate logging. If I did, I would have taken more care.

No excuses just stating fact about my situation, not blaming AF for my problem, its just additional hours that comparitively I'm short compared to like applicatants.

I do have the required minimum times for JB easily, I was just making the point if they want to have the computer spit out applicants with C-17, C-141 and/or T-1A military time, of the list it spits out, I will be on the short end of the list in hours since I don't count any of it.

Its all in fun, and yes you can call it whatever you want. Lots of Coasties call the Falcon the lawn dart, and that probably wasn't meant to flatter those who flew it, but who knows.

That doesn't mean I won't ever go begging my old buds that work there for a blueBullet! I think its good to have a referral system out there right up front for people to use.

I thought "butt Dart" was said in fun. You were the one that mentioned that Blue Dart sounded like something else some one gave you for a sh__ty little job. I was only trying to clarify.

Yes, I along with everyone else in the database would love a blue dart. Everyone waiting probably has a similar problem with their situation, as objective as the computer sort is, it does have some difficulties finding that perfect fit for the JB individual. The blue dart seems to eliminate a lot of those problems. The total time an individual has doesn’t (IMHO) correlate to finding the person that fits what they are looking for, someone to fit their company standards and values. Do I have a better solutions, NO, just been waiting with all the others in the database to have their name selected.
I feel better now.

I hope you get to interview at the Carrier of your choice, but don't limit yourself to just one. Life has a way of putting you somewhere else, for better or worse. I know because Jetblue didn't call me either. For what its worth I love where I'm at and, if the financials work out, will be very competitive over the long run.
