USA Jet:
I like USA Jet. I would rather be somewhere better for the next 20 years, wouldn't you?

I've talked to some senior guys at USA Jet who have no plans to leave.

I asked them if they could have exactly the same job, but across the field (at YIP) for another carrier that would pay them double, would they leave? They all said they would leave for double the pay.

I think everyone would leave whatever job they have if they could get one substantially better.

Emirates: My CEO says she would love to go, if the pay is enough so she could retire. We would live in Dubai (not commute) however, and we can't do it for several years due to our job situation.
