...Have patiences and enjoy the ride. The money, and upgrades will happen, it's all about senority.

If your response was pointed at me, my upgrade was almost 2 years ago.

But "patiences" is a virtue and something we all need to practice at times.

cl300:

i support your statement that things could be better. never have i said that things couldnt go south at netjets. When i give opinions i always speak from my own personal experience, not here-say, and that is what i am sharing.

good luck to ya...

300 is just another pilot that came from the freight industry that flex stole in the early stages of starting up and now had made some friends in management and only thinks of himself.

i have been there, i have done the 18 hour duty days. i have seen the pressure from the management to get the got done, putting safety last. i have stayed in all the holiday inn expresses, i have seen my benefits cut, pay frozen, ate the crappy crew meals ect.

its not a "run of the mouth" 300 its the facts, undisputed.

its not if netjets is a better company, guys are asking if Flexjets is the place to be and I am saying "NO". even if our upgrades were 4 years here and flex was 6 months, i would still say "NO".

your growth is limited, your pilot leadership sucks, your planes are great, tis all you gotti. now finish up that 6 days on and 3 days off 300. Union will lead you down the proper path.

If you are saying that you were once at Flex, then boy have things changed since you were there. And don't think that any of those things can't happen to NJ just because the pilots have a contract. Just look at what happened to all the major airlines and everyone of them had a contract.

This is what any management teams wants to see. Us fighting amongst ourselves. Yes times at Flex suck but there are also alot of great times. Friends at NetJets say the same thing. But over all we all enjoy the company we work for or we wouldnt be there.
So lets drop the my d*ck is bigger then yours and all focus on making the Frac industry better then another other ( No Matter who is unionized or not).

Bailey

PS 99% of the CS, FLOPS and NJA guys I meet on the road are nice as hell so how can you be such as*sholes here?

Totally agree.

It is because of idiots like Googster (Iam3rd). It's easy to be a jerk when you can hide behind a computer screen. That dude gets me riled.:smash:

Nope not pointed at you, just to those 400 hrs wonders everwhere that think they should have upgraded yesterday. Mainly the ones at the regionals that end up coming to the fracs say when, when when.

So tell me again

how many Netjet guys have left for Flex...

No regrets

Had alot of fun at Flex, went to Netjets.

Met alot of great people at Flex. Met alot of great people at Netjets.

Just saw a 300 in KC the other day, what a hot looking ride.

I am happier at Net Jets then I was at Flex.

I'd like to get into the "on the road lets have a beer deal".

I'm still on military duty so I'll have to take a raincheck.

I will have to agree with Lazyb, there are a ********************load of ex-Flexers at Netjets.

I think Netjets likes Flex guys because they already know the business.

I hope all my ex Flex buddies are great, thanks for all you did for me.

Semore you in the Honeywell or Collins?

Hey LazyB... when does it look like you'll upgrade over there? I'm gonna get mine right at the 2 year mark or so...

Its amazing how quick you resort to name calling when someone expresses an opinion on here that you disagree with. Sounds like someone else is hiding behind the computer screen. It appears you take things too personal on here. Just remember, they are just opinions. Everyone is entitled to them and free to express them. Thats what makes this country so great. To listen to you, you act as though you would agree to censorship of those that disagree with you if you had the chance.

Sorry dude. I am third. college football #1, chicken wings/beer #2, maybe god third. Oh relax.

Congrats.

So did you move to TX?

A lot of things going on over here. Not gonna even worry about upgrade til I've been here a year or two.

No complaints. O'dark thirty shows about nil. Lots of residence standby, and home at night - satellite RONs.

How about 2 1/2 days at the Hilton Balboa Island waiting on a/c mx, then brief for SLC -oops cancel, go to Hilton Gaslamp downtown. Finish up 5 day rotation, loving San Diego, and then back to LAX 0945 last day. :D

What/where is this place called TEB?

Sorry, but no -

You're missing out on the Holiday Inn @ Hasbrouck Heights.

View of McDonalds...

Close by the Dunkin Donut, a pathway to Hindu empowerment and enlightenment...

Near said airport, TEB, a benefit not fully appreciated...

Yet still within walking distance of the Bendix Diner.

Not as dingy as it could be. Rooms are better illuminated than a Persian opium den. Carefully scented to infuse one with the sense of being on a slave galley in August, which is delicately balanced with a Hazmat over spray, suggesting hygienic overkill or maybe just a hint of road kill.

Fellow "guests" add to the ambiance and a true sense of security & contentment. Many are armed to the teeth, seasoned warriors, with long forged contacts with the local police, and a zest for life, or 10-20 (out in 8 for good behavior).

The eclectic food offered by the in-house purveyor of all that is good, promotes the "that which does not kill you, makes you stronger" spirit.

But hey, I get free internet and points...
