DC-9's in TEB

My old flight instructor flies a DC-9-15 N8860 into and out of TEB he was just there a couple of weeks ago. But it is, I believe under 100,00lbs not sure.

I take it all back Just thinking about the BBJ. There are quite a few corporate shuttles that utilize larger aircraft at TEB.

Yeah..... I just flew out of there this morning and there is a private 737-200 put to bed on the ramp. Midwest Express had a DC-9 there for a couple of days a few weeks ago...... bon jovi's bac 111 is based there, Aircanada 737-200 comes in there all the time ......and blah blah blah....... you get the picture I know, but its still funny how these people complain. I live right next to TEB and I cant even hear the planes, only once in a while...... that might be from hanging around the APU too much dunno.......

Bon Jovi's BAC-111

Bon Jovi charters the BAC-111 you saw in TEB from Business Jet Services in Dallas, TX. It is based at DAL and has been used by Bon Jovi on the past several tours.

When Bon Jovi charters the plane for his tour BJS repaints it. It is quite simple to understand. If you were to charter it for 4 months I'm sure they would paint whatever you wanted on it too.

-9-15s MGTOW is 90,700. I just asked one of our -9 guys (we have 4 -15s).

They are under the 105K limit for PAX screening, which is why we'll use them for charter.

I've been getting a lot of compliments on the new avatar... Seems to be a hit! (how BBQ couldn't be a hit is beyond my realm of comprehension!)

Supposed to be basically sunny and in the 60's for the next week, absolutely beautiful weather... I am heading out your way the first couple days of June, you still working your part time gig at "the center"?
