B19 is a master at tap dancing around legitimate questions others answer willingly. We've all seen his act before and this is just another repeat performance ...FUD..FUD..FUD..FUD..

I just wish you guys would quit quoting him. He's a moron. If everyone ignores him - he WILL go away.

I think it's important to notice a trend here guys.

Every other year there is some new jack ass on this forum that tries to derail the good name this group of Union pilots have created.

B19, Family Guy, etc.

Screw em.

They all sound the same and we just keep getting things accomplished.

We've done much since 2004. We are proud of our record, there's nothing they can say to add/subtract from it and there is nothing we need them to ass/subtract from it.

In another 4 years, we'll have accomplished much more and the same haters will still be out there spewing their venom. Whatever.

Unfortunately, it is true...:( Flt Ops pilots need and deserve leaders with integrity and strength so I agree that a recall is in order. It is imperative that you have leaders you can trust and obviously that is not currently the case with the two mentioned. In looking for a silver lining, I think that replacing those involved can send a message to the company that your group doesn't condone unethical and/or illegal behavior, nor will you be distracted from your pursuit of a fair contract. Options pilots are the 1108 Union Local--not Bill Moore and not the MEC. That gives you the right to insist on leadership that reflects your professionalism and works to meet your goals in a responsible manner.

As a general observation, in our society there is a wide range of behavior from ethical to criminal so it should surprise none of us that we see the same thing among the thousands of people involved in the fractional industry and the IBT representatives that interact with them. That said, I do believe that if the ethical, fair-minded majority bands together and insists that the right thing is done they will usually prevail in the end. The FltOps pilot group has my sympathy as you deal with this mess.
Best Wishes!
NJW

Will one of you loyal union pilots explain how it is acceptable that a non-employee of Netjets, one that can't be a member of the union or pay union dues, was one of the first people to confirm the truth of this story on this thread?

How did she know what it's clear the majority of the others didn't?

Was it really her place to announce this information to the world on a public message board?

Respectfully Grizz, I disagree.

B19 will be around until the FLOPS pilots get a contract. Then he will be as gone as fast as Family Guy was when we signed the '05 CBA.

In the meantime Tree, Steelersrule74, I suggest not wasting too much time responding to him. He is not a pilot, not in the Frac industry, and has been repeatedly proven wrong by myself and others. He somehow still doesn't understand. I do have a theory, however, that he is mentally ill. He seems to think he is right when the rest of the world is wrong. http://www.webmd.com/schizophrenia/default.htm.

I pleaded with him to go get help, but obviously he didn't take my advice.

You're probably right, Fisch. The fudspinner quit posting with the Avantair pilots and stopped trying to sound as if he was one of them when they were no longer talking about organizing.

Fud and Harassment types charge a lot for their services so they are motivated to work hard. How disgustingly hypocritical to help management withhold motivation from the Options pilots...

Maybe he was right beside her. Maybe he WAS her.

Thanks for looking out for my dues value though "Bro".

A pinkerton is a pinkerton. Always has been, always will be.

They are quite easy to spot.

Grizz.... I've made it chrystal clear that I only post for the entertainment value.

With that stated, my family and I have gone through hell because of unions, and I've seen union activity from places most of you, including yourself have not.

When I ask questions, I get ignored, because as you state, "I'm a moron".

So tell me...

"When a pilot volunteers for union work and gets paid a stipend to cover lost income for time lost flying, does the union prorate and reimburse Netjets for the money paid to the same employee for health insurance, workers comp premiums, taxes and other benefits also?

We both know it's just an accepted way of doing business, but it doesn't make it right. The pilot was hired to fly, and just making his income up while Netjets pays his full boat of benefits while he stays on the ground doing union business is a little unfair to the company and directly affects the bottom line.

I'll be there to continue to chuckle like I have over the past week or so about about your "orderly transition."
