Looking beyond the low pay and management abuse issues at TSA (even though that is difficult), why would any low-time pilot want to fly for Colgan or Commutair or Big Sky when they could fly ERJs for TSA? These times are ridiculously low - why fly a Beech when you could fly an ERJ for a very low salary either way? Perhaps the choice of domiciles makes a difference in this case. It boggles the mind...

Now, if you have mulitple jet offers and you are a relatively low-time pilot, do what you can to avoid TSA/GoJet and Mesa - you'll be hatin' yourself if you go to any of these. I say target COEX, Republic and Skywest if you want to get some good jet experience.

On the other hand, many out there will jump at the chance to fly a new jet............regardless of the wage and work rules.............

everyone else is hiring....why the hell would you want to work there?

Really sucks to be a captain there.....babysitting time.
