Heard the expressjet rumor again... Maybe there is some truth in it... Inc. buys expressjet and merges it with Atlantic Southeast...Keep the unions together seperate from the golden child (SkyWest).

Can't happen that way. Seniority would have to include Skywest as well...
 
Why? Just curious.

I think thats why things broke down the first time. Expressjet pilots have something in their contract that required all seniority lists to be merged. Jerry met with them and asked that that be waived, they said no and he backed away from the deal.
