Guitar Rocker: I was giving you a taste of your own medicine. Every time someone disagrees with you, their junior or they must be a CFI, flying 152's, or it's their first jet job. Plus I'm tired of hearing how you raised the bar and everyone should bow down to the the almighty NJ pilots when you see them and thank them for fighting for us. You guys fought to make it better at NJ, I'm sure most of your pilots could care less what happens anywhere else. Just get over your self and move on. By the way I think the max mag drop is 75rpm on a 152, correct me if I'm wrong.

As for the sweatshop remark, it came straight out of the mouth of NJ pilots in the van ride to the hotel, before you got the new contract. Besides, I talked with some of your guys recently and they were not pleased with the rigorous 14/10 everyday. It sounds as if the company is trying to get every last dollars worth out of you guys. Thats not the quality of life on the road I would want. I guess I'll go play with my toys now Mr. 9999999+ hours.

Trash, I am glad to listen to the view point of others, or at least those who can present their opinion in a respectable manner and with FACTS. You on the other hand have proven that you do not have the ability to do so, and when someone asks a question of you, you respond with ,"yah, well we deserved it" and "we are the best" and "we have a top notch operation unlike anyone else out there," therefore, how am I or anyone for that matter, supposed to take you seriously? (In my opinion, I could care less who the best is.............it's the least of my concerns). You clearly do not want to listen to the opinion of another regarding unions or any subject with which you disagree. You simply attack that individual with some cheap shot and run away rather than attempting to see the opinion of another. You do this all the time...... there is a lot to be said for consistency in this case. You could at least acknowledge their opinion and then in a tactful way, explain why you disagree.

I have acknowledged the fact that NJA didnt raise the bar for everyone, but we did raise the bar for some....that is all I have ever mentioned in regards to our contract. We obviously didnt raise the bar or have ANY impact on CS, as you have so reminded us over and over. Sad thing is that even one of your own here has said just the opposite of that and hoped that you truly didnt work for CS as you are an embarrassment to CS guys. My CS buddies are also embarrassed to know that there is someone out there who has a mindset like you. But, you are entitled to your opinion.....

You have gotten rather upset over the course of your last many posts simply becasue you have been attacked for not presenting the facts and spouting out your consistent irrational behavior..........you are angry because you are losing ground and cant hold your own here anymore.

With 1108 standing by to offer advice, it would seem to be a fairly simple process to unionize. Standing up for yourself is always easier when you see others have been able to do it, and came out ahead. From what I hear, pilots from other frac companies are approaching NJ pilots in the FBOs, interested in gathering information, and sometimes even asking for a card.

Hey Rocky, a lot of other people have inquired about unions here. NJwife has every right to express her opinions here and answer questions about our contract. We all know how you are so anti-union, and I accept that....your entitled to your opinion as well. Just because you hate unions doesnt mean that others cant express their opinion. If you dont like that concept, then why dont you just leave or go to general?

For those of you who have enquired, a support site to 1108 has already been established for Flight Options. Our energies are invested in this area right now. The card drive at Flex Jet is well underway, and as soon as that is done we will concentrate on the others who have also asked for help.

Get over it, Rocky! I have made it clear that I support the right of pilots to have a voice in their career situations. As others have pointed out, there IS a move under way, whether or not you are willing to admit that. My posts are intended to cheer on those who have turned in their cards, and to encourage those who are thinking of it but may be a bit nervous of the unknown. Your complaints about my posts suggest that you fear, with encouragement, even more pilots will decide to cast their lot with the pilots who have already joined 1108. We don't want to discourage any ongoing efforts on the part of the many fractionals to join us, but we can only do so much with the resources we have available.

I hate to admit this, but we have to slow down just a little bit so that we can get FLOPS and Flexjet established, before we can really give the other groups as much support as they need. Our resources are being used wisely, but there are only so many hours in a day. Together with this, we need to maintain the integrity of the new contract at NJA.

Why can't you respect anybody's opinions that may not agree with you? If you are anti-union, great. Be proud. However, this is a democratic country. The majority of pilots at Net Jets wanted 1108. The majority of pilots at Flight Options wants 1108 and has called a vote to join them in 1108. Flex Jet is currently working on accomplishing the same thing.

No matter how bad you attack people, you aren't going to change that. I'd like to see you bring a decent argument to not join 1108. Stop being a jerk and participate in the conversation instead of attacking people.
