Actually, it's EVP, not VP, and that's correct. But the problem is that you don't understand what an EVP does. Captain Maxwell is an Eagle pilot. He flies the Embraer. And he flies pretty much a full schedule. Every couple of months, the Executive Council has a meeting to go over Association finances, proposed policy changes, MCF requests, etc., and he takes a trip to Herndon or DC for a few days. That's it. He's not one of the four national officers on full time union leave. He's an Eagle pilot doing the same job you're doing, under the same work rules, with the same pay rates. The idea that he's screwing over Eagle pilots because he's just some fat cat in a corner office is asinine. He's just an Eagle pilot with many years of both flying and union experience trying to offer some advice.
