G4 must be crying in his milk, now that there is no longer an NJI savior on the EMT....welcome to our world, finally.
How will he spin this to being the union thug's fault?

Why wouldn't you stay?
Serious question I'm interested why so many are leaving.
NJA is still a pretty good job, but not as much fun as it was, so I am looking for a good corporate gig. The vituperative union stuff depresses me as well, and NJA management is rather inept in some ways. Too many lawyers and accountants. Maybe I am better off elsewhere. Then I won't be hated by the Diesels of the world.![]()
Already looking.![]()
Walmart corporate is hiring. Seriously. It's non-union, which should be right up your alley.
This job stopped being "fun" a long time ago - at least on the A side.
I am truly sorry to hear that. I have been at it for more than 40 years and 30,000+ hours and still love every day.

So that is what the company thinks about our compensation. Look at all the extra money you get.....
Yep. As long as you never get sick, never take a vacation, get an SDP job, and work the kill-yourself 18-day schedule. Oh, and count per diem as part of your salary. Where do I sign up?!uke:
